Boomtown Festival: Earache Records Takeover Poster (2022)

In August 2022, I designed the official poster for Earache Records’ Takeover at Boomtown Festival, one of the UK’s most electrifying music events. My goal was to capture the raw, rebellious energy of Earache’s metal and punk legacy while echoing the chaotic vibrance of Boomtown’s underground culture.

The design combined bold typography, gritty textures, and high-contrast visuals to embody the spirit of heavy music colliding with festival anarchy. Every detail,  from the layout to the color balance ,  was crafted to amplify the intensity of the lineup and make the Earache stage stand out amidst Boomtown’s visual overload.

This project was a fusion of music, chaos, and identity,  a visual shout that celebrated the unfiltered, unapologetic power of Earache’s sound in a live festival context.
